Aelfric Eden Skeleton Portrait Sweater

My granddaughter loved the sweater, but because there was an error and I was sent yet a second sweater we had to go through the painful process of a return. Several emails and over a week later we got it taken care of. You have to change your return policy to be much easier for your customers. All we wanted was the instructions on how to return. We were given the 4 choices, but none of those linked into what was required for the return. Each email had to be sent to another person to trouble shoot and required yet another response. A picture was needed of the sweater and box with infor and order number. All of that could have been supplied when we choose the #4 choice to return. You need a link with all the instructions once the #4 option is chosen. Hope you make returns easier for the next person.
