Return & Exchange Policy

At Aelfric Eden, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must still be attached
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or alterations
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect:
Mystery Boxes
Accessories
Clearance or Final Sale items
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Orders fully paid with store credit or discount codes (where stated at checkout)
Returns processed under Option 3 (customer pays the price difference for a replacement item)
Replacement or exchanged items from a previously approved return.

One Return Per Order

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.
Once a return or exchange has been completed:
Any replacement item will be considered final sale
Store credit issued from a return is final and cannot be redeemed for cash
Additional return requests for the same order will not be accepted Worry-Free Purchase Protection

We offer optional Worry-Free Purchase Protection to provide added peace of mind. Coverage varies depending on the destination of your order.

U.S. Orders — Full Coverage

For orders shipped within the United States, Worry-Free Purchase includes both return protection and delivery protection.

Return & Exchange Protection

Eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery
Prepaid return shipping label provided for approved returns
Return shipping costs covered (subject to approval)
Items must meet all return eligibility requirements

Delivery Protection Includes:

1. Lost Package
Orders not delivered within 30 days after shipment

2. Delivered but Not Received
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

3. Package Damage
Must be reported within 7 days with clear photo evidence

4. Shipping Delay Compensation
$5 compensation for domestic orders not delivered within 10 days after shipment
International Orders — Delivery Protection Only

For orders shipped outside the United States, Worry-Free Purchase includes delivery protection only.

Coverage may include:
Package loss
Delivered but not received
Package damage
Shipping delay compensation (where applicable)

⚠ Please note:
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved:
Exchange items will be shipped at no additional cost (subject to availability), or If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
A valid tracking number is required for all returns
Returns without tracking may not be eligible for refund processing.

Order confirmation or packing slip
Preferred exchange item or size (if applicable)

Important Notes

Return shipping labels are only provided when covered under U.S. Worry-Free Purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate and provide a resolution where applicable.

Additional Terms

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
