My daughter wanted the sweatshirt for Christmas. I placed my order in early December thinking that was early enough based on what your website said for delivery. However, I was disappointed when the sweatshirt did not arrive in time. It was just before the New Year when it finally arrived. The product is a good product, but the timing of delivery was misleading and disappointing.

I kept seeing people advertise this sweatshirt on TikTok and I loved the color, I have been wanting a color sweatshirt lien this for so long and this one was so cute and the perfect color, so after Christmas I spent some of my Christmas money and got it. It shipped pretty fast and when i got it was perfect. The color was gorgeous it was true to size and fit me perfectly which is what I was most afraid of, and it was so soft and comfy. The delivery process was challenging. It took over a month for the sweatshirt to arrive. As it was a gift for my granddaughter and it arrived after I arrived home from her house, I had to ship it to her. The cost to ship the sweatshirt was over $30. I was refunded $10 for the original order, but this did not cover the shipping I had to pay to send it after it arrived at my home.

It got lost in the shipping process and only after I inquired about the fact that it had been sitting at one location over 2 weeks, they magically found it and had it here in 3-4 days.
