I ordered the sweatshirt on November 25, long before Christmas. The sweatshirt arrived on December 27, after our Christmas get together. While my granddaughter now says she loves the shirt, I won't be ordering from them again. I tried to get updates on the status of the order and all I ever received was in transit. Turns out they didn't put appropriate shipping on it and the post office wouldn't take it. Lots of frustration with a non responsive vendor. Website implied it would be shipped out quickly. Maybe they did, but they didn't do it appropriately and shipment was held up. The lack of response was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
