Weâre both very pleased with the product. But, while I waited for the item to be shipped, communication was not helpful. After waiting 2-3 weeks I was told it had shipped it in the following days the only tracking info I was given was âundeliveredâ. Obviously I knew that. Fortunately the package showed up with the week, in time for Christmas. Better communication would prevent the unnecessary stress.

The hoodie is great quality! My only suggestion would be to size down. The hoodie it wider than normal larges I get in other brands so it hangs long. I am 5â9 and 160 lbs and purchased a large. I like things baggy but with the waistband being wide the hoodie hangs too long.
