I ordered the white knit sweater inspired by Rory Gilmore, and I absolutely loved the soft and high-quality material. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size. When I requested an exchange, it wasn’t possible, but the company offered me a great alternative—I could reorder the correct size at half the price. While it wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for, it worked out wonderfully in the end. I gave the larger sweater to my sister, and now we have matching ones! Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and the resolution.

Medium size was much bigger to her than we thought. Design is unique and adorable. It’s very nice heavy side weight which is rare to find anywhere else for the price.

I was a bit off sizing the AE pink and blue heart shoes for my daughter. Because they were shipped out of country I was worried I wouldn’t get an opportunity to exchange. It was quick and easy and communication was helpful and responsive. I had an option to keep the shoes that were the wrong size and received half off of my purchase of the exchange. I love the cool styles and uniqueness of this company. I do wish that it would take less time for the clothes to be shipped. And I honestly am not sure how I feel about paying extra money for an item that did not work out for me, but at the same time it's nice that the price is alot lower.

I love my sweatshirt! I’m 5’4 about 115 and I like my sweatshirts a little bigger so originally I ordered a medium. Unfortunately it was too big so I did have to use the pay the difference and get a small which fits a lot better. I loved the lay the different option because it was so easy and I didn’t have to send anything back! Love this company so much!

sweaters are really comfy and nice quality thread. Watch your sizing though: medium fit width and length but sleeves way too short. had to reorder a second one in Large to get right length sleeves.

The Eden bear sweater is soft and comfortable. It fits a little big but if you like oversized sweaters this is perfect for you. Good quality, would highly recommend. Customer service was also excellent, I had to exchange for a smaller size and they made it easy and were very pleasant to deal with.

This shirt was a present for my husband. I originally ordered an XL size. When we received it, he tried it on, and it fit very loose. I requested a return, went down one size; the Large Size fits him better. My husband loves this shirt. It's soft and very comfortable.
