I ordered this mystery box for my daughter's birthday, and unfortunately the packaging was nothing like what was shown on the website. The product listing clearly shows a box and describes it as a mystery box, but mine arrived in a soft cellophane-style bag instead. I’ve attached an image so you can see what I mean.
I had bought it mainly because my daughter wanted to film an unboxing video for her birthday — the whole fun of it was supposed to be opening the actual box and discovering what’s inside. Because it didn’t arrive in a box, that whole idea was lost.
I really think the description and photos need to be updated, because it’s misleading to call it a mystery box when it’s not sent in a box at all.
As for the items inside, they seem okay quality. However, the sizing is completely off — the “small” is huge. I’m normally an L, and I was able to fit into it easily, so it’s definitely not true to size.
Overall, disappointed with the packaging and the misleading product description. The items themselves are fine, but not what I expected based on how it was advertised.

I got the blurred star hoodie from the mystery box. I should’ve sized down since I’m usually an XL but this fit more like 2X-3X. Oh well, the hoodie is good quality even though it doesn’t have the soft fleece I’m used to on the inside, the inside doesn’t bother me like other towel terry or French terry linings. It is nice though hopefully I can get large next time
